A Selection Of Recent Jobs 

1) Hello, I got 2 macbooks. One white and one macbook pro bought 2 months ago. The white one is dead, does not boot up, does not recognize the hard drive. The other one is experiencing some freezing problems for about 1-2 seconds and sometimes the hard drive clicks with a very smooth sound. Please call me back when you see the message to get more information about prices and all this stuff.

2) i spilt about about a shot glass worth of coke onto my macbook tonight, in the upper left corner of the keyboard. i thought it was ok and didnt think to turn it off. the laptop lasted for about a minute and then died. didnt shake it but cleaned the keyboard and then turned it upside down. it wont turn on now though. basically there are some files on there that i need asap and hoping that there is some way id be able to get them out tomorrow? any help would be appreciated, cheers,

3) Hello im running an imac with leopard operating system but the problem is the wireless keyboard. It will not establish a connection with my mac, it recognises it through the bluetooth signal that its their, then try's to establish a connection and fails. Its worked perfectly since i got it 12 months ago and is still under mac care plan . (ive done the obvious battery changes etc)

4) meant to drop my iMac off with you a couple of weeks ago now but haven't had a chance. Would Monday be ok?

5) Hi there, I don't need assistance but couldn't find an email address to contact you. I brought my macbok pro to you on thursday with a graphics card fault and you told me to taek it to Ckickwork creative. Just emailing to let you know that they took it in with no problems and are doing it for free which is brilliant! :-) Thanks very much for your help!

6) My apple macbook has a screen issue - on opening the top the screen lights up for 2s, then blacks out. The screen only lights up when positioned at a ceratin angle... if you move it the screen blacks out. It seems to be a 'screen light' problem, as in you can see whats on the screen but its dark, and aside from shutting the lid and hoping for the best when you open it, nothing can get the screen lighting up again!
